"This testimonial is long overdue as today is a month past the one year anniversary of the closing of my mother's condo in Bellevue. My brother and I did not live in the Seattle Area, he Denver, me Michigan, but in early November 2018 we had been forced to move my mom to be near one of us for health reasons. Her living alone was no longer an option and we needed to sell her home of 20 years. It was an emotional time and we had to fly in, gather, sell off, and/or donate all that she possessed, while at the same time... get the place as ready as possible to sell. I didn't think it would be possible to buy the home we were viewing, despite it being (quite literally) our dream house ... I just didn't know if we were ready. I told her the name of our realtor *just in case* and the next morning my realtor called me to tell me Courtney had called her because the house already had an offer from someone else. Long story short, we bought the house and our dreams came true! Without Courtney we would never have been able to do it.
