Based on Mercer Island, with years of real estate experience throughout Mercer Island, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Renton and all surrounding King County, WA areas, my goal is always to provide the power of experience, professionalism, and perseverance in the service of my clients.
My business is to offer a full range of services to support the sale, purchase, preservation, and management of Lake Washington area real estate. Over 20 years, I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Every individual or family I work with has unique needs and desires. Courtney specializes in the purchase and sale of Seattle and Eastside homes, including Bellevue and Mercer Island. Excellence, enthusiasm and the generous giving of herself to others are pillars of Courtney’s highly regarded service and reputation. She’s energized by serving the needs of others. Her real estate services start with a thorough understanding of her clients’ goals and vision. Her experiences and training give her a unique ability to stage and present a property for its full value and to find the special place to call home.
Courtney’s family has resided in the Eastside for 3 generations. After graduating from Mercer Island High School, the University of Washington and finishing her Masters’ degree, Courtney taught elementary education at Island Park Elementary. Her rich history brings a unique perspective of the culture and attributes of the neighborhoods and schools. Courtney has an extensive network of local professionals and service providers to serve as a resource for all the many related aspects of home ownership and investing.
Outside of real estate, Courtney and her husband support each of their 4 children in their interests in sports and performing arts in the Bellevue area. They are active in their church. Courtney enjoys participating in USTA Tennis in her free time.
